Montgomery Ward case until
Wednesday. Previously he had
announced he would render a
decision Monday, on the go”- ;
ernment’s petition to extend a
temporary injunction restrain-
ing Ward officials from interfer-
ing with government operation
of the firm’s Chicago properties.
Judge Holly said the delay
would be caused by the volum-
inous briefs filed on the case.
These include a 70-page brief
fileil by Ward attorneys, con-
tending the seizure on April 2t!
