Uribe, Jr. graduates from Basic Training
Trinidad H. Uribe, Jr. is the son of Trinidad Uribe Sr. and Sylvia
Ann Hernandez. Trinidad graduated from Ralls High School May
25,2012 and now graduated from Basic Training on January 4,
2013 from Delta Company Pit. 1074/Honor Platoon on Boot Leave
for 10 days and got 21 days as a Recruiter Assistant. He will be
going back to Camp Pendleton for MCT on February 4, 2013
(Marine Combat Training) where he will be stationed there for a
month, then somewhere else for his job in Administration for
the military. Trinidad has a sister, Lisa LeAnn Uribe and is the
grandson of the late Juan H. and Guadalupe Uribe and the late
Hector and Alicia Hernandez.

Invitation for Bids
The Crosby County Commissioners will receive bids for the Re-bid of the 2011 TX CD8G - Water System
Improvements until 4TX) p.m, on Thursday, February 7,2013 at Crosby County Courthouse located at 201 W. Aspen,
Crosbyton, Texas 79322. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 4j00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7,
2013 at Crosby County Courthouse located at 201 W. Aspen, Crosbyton, Texas 79322.
Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work as follows:
1. 10,100 LF 6" C-900 PVC Water Line;
2. Gate Valves, Flush Valves;
3. Pressure Reducing Station;
4. 110 LF Bore with Steel Encasement;
5. General Pavement Replacement and Service Re-Connections.
Bid/Contract Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications are on file at Enprotec / Hibbs & Todd,
Inc., 402 Cedar Street, Abilene, Texas 79601.
Copies of the Bid/Contract Documents may be obtained by: (1) purchase hardcopies for a non-refundable cost of
$75 per set, or (2) purchase an electronic copy (Adobe PDF file format) on a compact disc (CD-ROM) for a non-
refundable cost of $50 per CD-ROM.
A bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the bid issued by an acceptable surety shall be submitted with each bid. A
certified check or bank draft payable to the Crosby County Commissioners or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (as
par value) may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond.
Attention is called to the fact that not less than, the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Baeon and Related Acts)
wage rate, as issued thru the office of Rural Affairs under the Texas Department of Agriculture and contained in the
contract documents, must be paid on this project. In addition, the successful bidder must ensure that employees and
applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex age or national origin.
Adherence to the grant recipient’s Section 3 Policy is require for contracts and subcontracts in excess of
$100,000.00.

The Crosby County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the
bidding.
Bids may be held by the Crosby County Commissioners for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of the bid
opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidders qualifications prior to the contract award.
