and Rental business is this day dissolved by mutual consent
Mr Robinson retiring Mr Hughes will continue the busi-

Remodeling Schools
A force of men are busy remodeling
and renovating the public school
buildings preparatory to tbo opening
of school New desks are being put
in all broken lights being replaced
with new ones the blackboards are
being put in firstclass condition new
steps are being built where necessary
and all needed repairs are being made
Everything points to a prosperous
term of the school The attendance
will be very largo and will tax the
capacity of tbo school buildings In
fact Palestine is sorely in need of new
school buildings and it will only be a
question of time until such buildings
will be erected

of the organization as leader and in-
struct the boys and bring the band up
to a higher point of excellence Be-
sides being a good leader Mr Lor-
raine has considerable roputation as a
composer and wo may expect to bear
the band play some of his compo-
sitions at an early dav
