COLLECTION OF REPTILES. 61
One of our Delawares killed a very large wild cat (Lyncus rufus)
to-day, the skin of which we have preserved.
Our collection of reptiles increases very rapidly, and we now have
upwards of a hundred specimens, many of them very beautiful and interesting.
Our herbarium is also enlarging daily, and we already have
a large collection.
