This document examines the City of San Antonio's affirmative action progress from 1974 to 1979, and sets new goals for the following three years which include increasing minorities in the Fire and Police Departments, increasing non-minorities in Skilled Craft, Office & Clerical and Technician positions and increasing the overall representation of women, especially in non-traditional positions.
