Jalapa Junio 11 de 1829.

Mi apreciable amigo.

Al honor de Don Francisco
Xavier Saviñon le conviene mucho el ser nombrado
por el Supremo Gobierno, Comisario Gral. de Guadalajara:
es sugeto de merito y largos servicios, y
si esto no se opone, como lo creo, a la justicia
y rectitud del Gobierno, le apreciaria muy
mucho le atendiese y colocase en aquel
punto con preferencia a otro.
