State of Texas vs. Daniel Garza,
charged with burglary, reported that
they had agreed. Judge Walthall was
summoned and a verdict of not guilty
was brought In.
Wuold-Be Suicide Released—Amos
Watts, who attempted to take his life
Wednesday night, hut whose nerve
failed, was released yesterday by the
police. Watts was taken in tow by
the officers immediately after making
the unsuccessful attempt. He said
his father lived at Alpine, but a mes-
sage to that place failed to bring a
