Gamma Fu, the local
chapter which Includes
C rosby County, presented
for Its part on the pro-
gram a skit written by
Mrs. Madeleine Stanford
and performed by Gladys
Howard, Norma Taylor,
Margaret Ruttman and
Jerlene Morrison.
Mrs. Stella Bryant of
Vernon, a veteran educa-
tor and Oita Kappa Gam-
ma officer, gave the af-
ter-luncheon address,
"Tomorrow's Splendid
Story Is Ours Now To
Write." She traced the
four decades of IX'lta
Kappa Gamma progress
and growth In the field
of education and pointed
out changes that are now
taking place and will be
taking place In the orga-

to an author as a person.
At 1:00 p.m. the busi-
ness meeting was con-
ducted .Mi n u te s were
read of last year’s dis-
trict meeting conducted at
Clarendon High School in
Clarendon.
The State convention of
the Teenage Librarian
Association will be held
February 19, 20, 21, at
Victoria, Texas.
The District I conven-
tion will be held in Ama-
rillo.
The McAdoo PTA has
scheduled a bazaar for
December 8 in the school
cafeteria.
Anyone wishing to do-
nate items for the event
should contact Mrs. Ja^1

French, Mrs. William
