tution. By this amendment cities of

right to levy 3G cento on the one hun-
dred dollars for genoral purpowa and
30 cents on the hundred delkw for
street purposes. Under tho present
law wo can only levy iti cents on Hie
Hundred dollars for general purposes
and 15 cents on tho hundred dollars
for street purposes. When tho Hep-
