some sugar by candlelight for a cus-
tomer, when the customer picked up a
sky-rockot, and not understanding iho
nature of it, held it cloie to tho candle
for examination, whon the roekct went

rented the sensation of n regular bat-
tle and of firo'.ind ot nearly anything
else that was unplcaiand until the na-
ture of thcthing was better understood.
No loss or-dam age except tho destruc-
tion of tho fireworks. I cuesi you and
yaur readers don't know that wo have a
paper hero: but let mo tell you that it
is a good one (I) loo for tho purposes
