Keene's cement, lapidary, copper, jewelry and
other art metals, fiber glass, and combinations of
craft materials.
1317. Engineering Drawing* (2-4)
(Same in Mathematics Department). Lettering,
standard orthographic views, auxiliary views,
sectional views, dimensioning, and the application
of the principles of descriptive geometry to
working drawings and related problems. Preengineering
students are required to take IE 1317
and 1318 in proper sequence.

2320. General Metalwork* (2-4)
An exploratory course in metals, providing experiences
in forming and fabricating useful projects
in the areas of benchmetal, sheetmetal, welding,
machineshop, and foundry.
2321. Sheetmetal* (2-4)
Materials, layout, cutting, forming, and fabricating
of useful sheetmetal objects.
2330. General Woodworking* (2-4)
Use and care of hand woodworking tools; abrasives;
fastening devices; cabinet hardware; kinds,
characteristics, sources, and uses of cabinet
woods; wood finishing; project planning and
construction.
2331. Machine Woodworking* (2-4)
Kinds, uses, setups, and adjustments of woodworking
machines, involving the materials and
processes applicable to woodworking technology.97
