AN ACT
To change the Mail-Route from Montgomery to Huntsvife,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Reiesentatives
of the Republic of Texas in Congress assembled,.^TLt
the post-route fiom the town of Montgomery to the townqofr
Huntsville, in Montgomery county, be so changed as to palo
along what is known as the Huntsville Road, through Joseph
Lenley's settlement, and that a post-office be, and is hereby
established at the house of B. F. Burke at Lone Oak, on said
road.
SEc. 2. Be itfurther enacted, That this act take effect frib
and after its passage.
