To the Sheriff or Any Constable of
Swisher County Oreeting
Tou are hereby commanded to summon
J C Foster by making publication
of this citation once a week for four
successive weeks previous to the return
day hereof in some newspaper published
in your County if tnre be a newspaper
published therein but if nqtthen in any
newspaper published in the 64th Judicial
District but if there be no newspaper
published in said Judicial District
then in a newspaper published in the
nearest district to said 64th Judicial
District to appear at the next regular
term of the Justice Court of Precinct
No 1 Swisher County Texas to bt
holden at the court bouse thereof in
Tulia on the fourth Monday in July
1919 the same being the 23th day of
July 1919 then and there to answer a
suit Sled in said Court r > n the 14th day
of June 1919 in a suit numbered on the
docket of said Court No 615 wherein

are defendants Said suit and demand
of plaintiff being in substance as
follows
Suit on promissory note for the principal
sum of 10237 dated at Hereford
Texas 9171917 signed by said h A
Ricketts and payable to Foster
Hemphill at Fort Worth Texas and
due on or before December ISth 1917
an djiesring interest at the rate of Six
per cent per anntun from date until maturity
and ten per cent from maturity
until paid arwlproviding that if placed
in the bands or no attorney for collection
to pay ten perfect additional on
principal and > accrued Interest for attorneys
