date unless these bonds hnvo been

All permits issued prior to November
the 1st 1010 will remain in full force
nud effect if bonds hnve been executed
until such later date as new permits
will be required by the Department
The amount of the penal sum of the
bond is determined by the number of
proof gallons of spirits which will be
received during any seininuiual period
plus the amount of nonbevorngc spirits
on hand at the end of preceding period
with the minimum pcuai sum of any
bond fixed at 1000 and the maximum
fixed at 4100000 The basis of amount
of spirits is fixed at J 120 per proof
gallon and that of wino will be eomput 1
ed at the rate of 100 for each 200 gallons
or any fractional part thereof
There must be at least two sureties for
these bonds unless a corporation duly
authorized by the Secretary of the
Treasury is offered as sole security
