Fair view Sunday and Bro.
Brooks was at Fairview and
preached a Mother's Day ser-
mon for the morning hour.
From Fairview on east and
south the rain was much heav-
ier. Round the Hughes there was
3'a inches and misted most all
day Monday. The rain fell so
hard it washed the farm land
real bad and most all of the
James Garland and family this
week.
Bro. Kenzie and David Riding
have been fishing this week. We
wonder if their luck was good
or bad.

Choice cows brought $12 to
$11; medium, $10.50 to $12; can-
ners and cutters, $8.00 to $10.50.
