VOL. 17
JAN. 1963
NO. 15
REPORT FROM 56TH
AIB UNIT REP.
Hello Folks!
We received a nice card and
note from Charles A. Semans
(A) and his wife. They had a
very good time at our last re-
union but encountered some
difficulties with seating ar-
rangements at the (banquet. I
know of this situation Charles
and I will take it up with our
president and officers of the
association at the miid-winter
meeting in January. I know
that we will be able to solve
this problem so that other
members will not run into the
same situation in the future.
Well the mail bag was mighty
lean again but that as under-
standable at this time of year.
We were on the go in our
household trying to find the
items that our three boys
dreamed up. As you know this
presents no problem to the
children but the poor parents
go beserk (at least I do). How
about you?
I haven't heand from Vic
Challen who is out gunning for
some new and past members
for us. How did you do Vic?
We located Nick Barr (C),
Charles D. Beattie ((C) and
Samuel Smith (C). This should
make Nick Hardony (C) happy.
Now all we have to do Nick
is get these fellows to St. Louis.
We would also like to see Fran-
cis Argulewicz (A), Selmon
Robinson (D), Waldon B. Olson
(HQ) and William F. Rdbin-
son (A). Drop us a line fellows
and come out to meet the boys
and GIRLS in St. Luois.

Donald E. Taylor (HQ/66)
2405 Crestview Ct., Lafayette,
Indiana: "A baby boy joined
our family on August 22nd of
this year and that is the reason
for my wife and daughters and
I not being at the reunion. Our
two girls Linda age 11 and Lor-
etta age 7 now have a brother
to fuss over. We named him
Larry Leon Taylor. I work at
the Aluminum Co. during the
day and at a Drive-In theatre
at night. I've been with the A-
luminum Co. for 21 years and
with the Drive-In theatre for
12 years. I sure hope we can
get to the reunion in 1963." Ed.
note: Belated but sincere good
wishes on the new arrival to
your family. May you all en-
joy many many years of health
and happiness together.
Robert L. Cooper (HQ/17) -
Box 82, Faulkton, South Dako-
ta:- "Sorry we could not be
with you at the last reunion.
Our son, Lynne, completed1 his
first year of college towards a
degree in electrical engineer-
ing and our daughter, Toni -
graduated from high school this
past May. With both of them
at school it is pretty lonely
without them. Bob is stiill work-
ing with the Highway Depart-
ment as he has for the past
twelve years. Best wishes for
everything good in the new as-
sociation year. Signed: - Mrs.
Robert L. Cooper."
