The sudden death of Mrs, Em-
ma Campbell Wade was a shock
to her many friende. She was a
life long and respected citizen of
Segttfn. She le survived by her
liuxbaud, Mr. EOward Wade, four
sons, Price, Ray, Marshall, and
Bertram, and one daughter, Mrs.
Laura Wade Johnson. Also a host
of relatives. Among the sick in
the rltj are: Mrs. Chanle Burns,

spirit, the handicraft and catering

decorated in Hallowe'en colors.
The center piece was a huge
pumpkin; Ella Collins presided
over the punch bowl while Al-
freda Dixon aud Willie Mae Jack-
son served cake. Many delightful
games were played until the close
ot the hour.
An appeal is being made to the
parents and friends of Douglass
School to attend the Parents-
Tencliers Association (P. T. A.)
