Section 5. Rate case expense is not included in the calculation
of proposed rates* If rate case expense is incurred in this
current case, it is the intention of Lone Star Gas Company to recover
the current and any prior rate case expense through a surcharge
designed for a six-month nominal recovery period. The surcharge per
Mcf would be calculated by dividing the rate case expense to be
recovered by one-half of the adjusted annual sales volume to residential
and commercial customers. If there is no current rates case
expense, when a surcharge is applicable, amnthly status reports
will be provided to account for the collections.
Section 6. In addition-to the aforesaid rates, Company
shall have the right to collect such reasonable charges as are
necessary to conduct its business and to carry out its reasonable
rules and regulations in effect. The service charges set forth in
Item E, in the Attachment hereto which is incorporated herein are
approved. Services for which no charge is set out in Item E may
be performed- and charged for by Company at a level established by the
normal forces of competition.
Section 7. The rates set forth in this ordinance may be
changed and amended by either the City or Company in the manner
provided by law. Service hereunder- is subject Co the orders of
regulatory bodies having jurisdiction, and to the Company's Rules and
Regulations currently on file in the Company's office.
Section 8. It is hereby found and determined that the
meeting at which this ordinance was passed was open to the public,
as required by Texas law, and that advance public notice of the
time, place, and purpose of said meeting was given.

AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OR STOPPING OF
MOTOR DRIVEN OR OTHER VEHICLE'S IN A CERTAIN DESCRIBED
ALLEY IN THE CITY OF CLARENDON DONLEY CqUNTY, TEXAS,
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR SUCH AN OFFENSE, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION
THEREOF, AND PROVIDING AN EXEMPTION,
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Commission of ,the City of Clarendon,
Donley County, Texas=
WHEREAS, there is a pressing need for.an ordinance by the
City of Clarendon regulating the parking or stopping of motor
driven or other vehicles in the alley running through Block No,
8, in the Original Town of Clarendon, Donley County, Texas, .according
to the recorded map and plat of said town on file in the
Clerk's Office of Donley County, Texas;
WHEREAS, the practice of parking or stopping motor driven
and other vehiicles in suchi alley creates a hazard to and restricts
or prevents the ingress and egress of ambulances and other ei ergency
vehicles.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Con~r~ ~ission of the City
of Clarendon, Donley County, Texas, that ijt shall be unlawful for
any person, firm, or corporation to park or stop or cause to be
parked or stopped any motor driven or other, vehicle in the alley
in Block No. 8; and that any person so parking or stopping or
caulsing the parking or stopping of a motor driven or other vehicle
in the said alley above described shall be deemed guilty of a misdei~eanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined a sum not less than
