2023 - LUDWICK - COX - Need parents and information for John N. and Lodinia
(COX) LUDWICK, living in Bell Co., TX 1870: he age 26, b. NC; she age 22, b. MS.
Possible connection to two families on same census page: N. LUDWICK, 57, b. NC
with wife Ellen, 34; James COX, 48, b. AL with wife Mary, age 40. Any help
will be appreciated.

2024 - HARRIS - In researching paternal line I am interested in the following
HARRIS families in 1860 Smith Co. census, Canton Beat #6, PO Troup: Elijah
HARRIS, 56, and wife Elizabeth, 51, both b. SC; children: John, 27, and Margaret,
21, both b. AL; Joshua, 18, Jesse, 16, Elijah, 14, and Tiecy, 11, all born MS;
and Rebecca, 8, b. LA. Next door is Anna HARRIS, 50, b. TN, with children:
James, 21, Elijah H., 18, Rebecca, 15, and Mary, 13, all b. MS. In 1870 census
Anna appears with Mary HARRIS in same location. Elijah HARRIS, 26, with wife
and son live nearby. In 1920 Smith Co. census, Pleasant Grove voting precinct
25 at Tyler and Overton Rd: Elige M. HARRIS, 42, wife Leller E., 38, and children:
Sallie, 16, Willie, 13, Henery, 9, Dee, 6, and Tishese, 2. Would appreciate
hearing from any descendants of these families.

of the family later lived in Van Zandt Co. near Ben Wheeler. William WOOD,
b. 1813, SC, married Rhoda , b. May 1825, GA. Children: Elizabeth,
b. ca 1846, GA; Thomas Jefferson, b. 9-22-1847, GA; James Morgan, b. 5-11-1849,
GA; Deborah, b. 1852, TX; Elander Adaline, b. 7-4-1854, TX; Frank Augustus "Gus",
b. 1856, TX; Nancy, b. 1858, TX; Opelia, b. 1860, TX; Amelia, b. 1862, TX;
Elmira, b. 1863, TX; Maggie, b. 1865, TX, and Effie L., b. 1867, TX. Would be
glad to exchange any information that I have.

2026 - WEBB - THOMPSON - BLACKWELL - WOOD - Looking for info on my gr grandmother,
Teressa Caroline WEBB, b. 12-4-1851, GA. On 1860 Smith Co. census she is listed
with a William P. and Eliza THOMPSON. On Teressa's death certificate her parents
are listed as Joseph WEBB and Eliza BLACKWELL. Teressa married James Morgan
WOOD on 8-3-1870. They lived at Ben Wheeler in Van Zandt Co. She is said to
have owned property near Kilgore. Any help will be appreciated.
