1'. The term for which said corporations to exist shall be fifty years.
V. The number of trustees shall be three, and their names and post office addresses are a
follows: Paul Pcchthold, Booker, Texas. Leonhard Littau, Booker, Texas, and Louie Kirchmann,
funtoon, Texas.
V1. The said corporation shall have no capital stock and at this time. it owns no goods,
clhtlels, lands, rights or credits.
