For and in consideration of Eight
hundred and fifty-five dollars amount
to be paid I have bargined sold & delivered
to William Murrell one negrow man named
Joe Born March the 12th 1813. I bind my self
to warrant the title to this said Joe unto
the said Murrell & his heirs against the
claim of all power whatever.
