At approximately 12j30 PM, July 21, 1964, Mrs. Wilma Tice, 8406 Lakemont, FL 2-2559, received
a threatening phone call.
Investigating officers contacted Mrs. Tice July 22, 1964, and were informed that the call was
regarding the fact that she had seen Jack Ruby at Parkland Hospital the day the President was
killed. Also that she had received a notice to appear before the Warren Commission.
The caller was a male voice on the telephone and informed her that she would be better off
if she kept her mouth shut. Mrs. Tice also received another phone call about 1:30 AM, July
22, 1964* However, when she answered the phone, the other party hung up. A few minutes
later, her door bell rang. She answered the door, but did not see anyone. She tried to
open the screen, but the latch on the outside had been turned to prevent the screen from
opening. She went to the back door and discovered that some one had placed a ladder against
the screen door, and she could not open it. Radio ^atrol has been assigned to keep a close
