DISPLAY CABINET DONATED TO LIBRARY
Kay Ashley, representing the
Sachse Fire Department Indies
Auxiliary, and Pam Baker, repre-
senting the Sunny Sachse
Homemakers Club, are shown
with the display cabinet that the
two groups donated to the library
this year in celebration of the Ses-
quicentennial. The cabinet is used
to display antiques and unusual
items. Antique ladies purses, loan-
ed by Dee Shanklin have been on
display recently, and now there are
examples of hand work of several
types, loaned by Ruth Franklin.
