PARENTS' ANNUAL
PACK MEETING
This meeting is the easiest, most effec-
tive way for old and new families in a
Cub Scout pack to become informed
and inspired about program plans,
budget needs, advancement procedures,
scheduled activities, trips, and special
projects. It is a fun session for the boys
and saves an extra meeting for the
parents.
At the first fall pack meeting, boys
and parents enjoy a short program to-
gether; then the two groups separate.
The boys are led in games, stunts, puz-
zles, and tricks by their den chiefs and
an assistant Cubmaster.
Parents, meeting with the pack lead-
ers, learn the pack's needs and how they
can help meet them. Individuals are re-
cruited to fill committees for such events
as the blue and gold banquet, Scout-o-
rama, money-earning projects, and a
Christmas party. This session builds
pack spirit among the adults, strengthens
manpower and woman power, and pro-
duces a better program for their boys.
