A Saxon "Six" covered 490 miles from Los Angeles to San Francisco In 131-2
hours beating the "Lark" the Southern Pacific's fastest mall train by 15 minutes.
July 15. 1915
105 Saxon "Sixes" covered 24460 miles In economy drive from Detroit to horn
towns of Saxon dealers. Averaged 21 miles per gallon of gasoline and 152 mlks ptr
quart of oil.
August 25 1915
A Saxon "Six" won Chardon. Ohio hill climb against a field of thirty cars. Saxon's
time three seconds faster than the field.
