FAY TELLS THE "
STORY OF HIS LIFE
Dlsclpllna.
It la a genulno pleasure to bo able
to roport that the Department Is well
disciplined in ovory manner and com-
posed of good sober and trustworthy
men most of whom have been in the
service for a number of years and
huvo by long experience and regular DETAILS
drill became experts la combating
fires. I attribute the good showing
of the department to Its rapid move-
ments and the play pipes and other
apparatus being In tho hands of well
drilled men. The work performed $y
tho volunteer firemen during the year
has been of the usual excellent order
the men responding wkh celerity aad
with unmistakable determination to
concentrate their beat efforts oa the
work assigned them. Our eltlseaa
have reason to be proud of their vol-
unteer fire fighters aa for active and
Intelligent work at fires or whea on
parade they have few equal and no
superiors.
