Brace Shop changes hours
The O rthototic Brace Shop’s hours have
been reduced. The new hours are from 1 to
4:30 p.m. Reduced business hours .w ill allow
physicians more tim to manufacture ortho-
totic devices. The Brace Shop is located in
buiding 36017 adjacent to illy Johnson

Make an appointment
In an effort to reduce a itin times PR I-
S clinics in ille and Copperas Cove
now feature an appointment system. Same-
day appointments ay be made for acute
illnesses and acute in ju rie (excluding
W orkers’ Compensation injuries). Chronic
illnesses are also seen by appointm ent ei-
th same day or next based on the pa-
tie t’s needs.
W a lk-in services are available for the
follow ing: over-the-counter drugs mirth con-
tro ills renewal previously-ordered lab
and x-ray services and prescription refills.
A ll other services are by appointm ent.
A ppointm ent telephone lines are open the
same hours as the clinic. The phone lines
are least busy between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

TOTS) has increased its hours. The service
is now available from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. and

Pediatric clinic changes
Same-day appointments except those ith
Partnership physicians are now scheduled
from 9 to 11:30 a.m. A ll ell-baby appoint-
ments are scheduled from 1 to 3:30 p.m.
This new system was im plem ented in the
Pediatric lin ic in an effort to reduce pa-
tie t-w a itin times and increase the number
of patients who can be seen in the clinic.
Providers are rkin as a group to achieve
these goals.
A lthough patients are given the name of a
specific provider when appointments are
made they may be seen by a different
provider upon a rriv a l. A ll providers are able
to give the a lity care our patients de-
serve.
Veterinary hours announced
The te rin a ry Treatm ent a ility ill
hold a lk-in clinics from 8 to 11 a.m.
Monday Wednesday and Friday for vac-
cinations heartw orm tests and fecal tests.
The firs 60 pets ill be seen.
A lim ite number of doctor’s appoint-
ments are available each week. Phone 287-
2823 between 1 and 4 p.m. for an appoint-
ent the following week. Appointm ents are
for health certificates treatment of minor
illnesses and transm issible diseases. Em er-
gency pet care is provided by iv ilia ve te ri-
narians.
Stray animals ay be adopted from 1 to
2:30 p.m. on Monday Wednesday and ri-
day and from 8 to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Stray animal viewing and over-the-counter
pet supply sales are conducted during nor-
al business hours (except for Thursday
mornings). No services ill be provided on
Feb. 21 and 28.
