I, WM. J. LAWSON, Secretary of State of the State of
Texas, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that, the following Gen-
eral and Special Laws and Resolutions passed at the Regu-
lar Session of the Forty-seventh Legislature of the State
of Texas, convened the 14th day of January, 1941, and ad-
journed the 3rd day of July, 1941, have been carefully ex-
amined and compared by me with the original enrolled bills
now on file in the Office of the Secretary of State, and that
they are true and correct copies of said original enrolled
bills.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have here-
unto signed my name officially and caused
