TRI-HI-Y CLUB
The Tri-Hi-Y Club of Mineral Wells High School was
organized to "create, maintain, and extend throughout the
school and community a high standard of Christian char-
acter."
This year the Tri-Hi-Y was guided by a new sponsor,
Mrs. E. M. Shipp, and its roster was increased by nine new
members.
Among the highlights in social activities were the
formal initiation of pledges, the annual New Year's Eve
Dance, and a Spring Formal.
The club aided this year in the drive of the Red Cross
Blood Bank. At Christmas a box of groceries, food, and
toys was given to a needy family to brighten their holiday.GWEN ARMSTRONG
