annual Texas State Genealogical Society Convention to be held in
Houston's Shamrock Hilton Hotel the first weekend in November --

SECOND CONGRESS OF AMERICAN GENEALOGISTS
The Second Congress of American Genealogists will convene
during the Texas State Genealogical Society Convention, November
5 - 7, 1970, in Houston's Shamrock Hilton Hotel. John Insley
Coddington, Fellow, American Society of Genealogists, and Mrs.
Edna Perry Deckler, TSGS president, will direct the Congress.
BREAKFAST FOR GENEALOGICAL EDITORS
Winston De Ville, Trustee, Board for Certification of Genealogists,
and outstanding American genealogist and editor, will be
master of ceremonies for a breakfast honoring American genealogical
editors during the annual TSGS Convention. All past, present,
and future genealogical editors are invited to attend.
