Five State Men
In Scabies Work
There were employed in San
Angelo district for the month
of February, two state men,
and three county men who
spent their entire time in an
effort to eradicate scabies in-
fection, and approximately $295
was expended by this depart-
ment in its regular eradication
program.
Forty-seven herds, and a to-
tal of 21,32(1 sheep or cattle
were inspected or dipped and
none was classed as exposed or
infected.
The livestock sanitary com-
mission of Texas will continue
the work in the Srm Angel )
district in an effort to protect
the livestock in that di.slriet
from imported infection, and
