Description

Photograph of a concrete building that is half gone after the hurricane of 1919 in Corpus Christi. Written on the front of the building is "Dignified Helpful Credit Co." and "Hardin Court Grocery and Market" Inscribed on the back of the photo, "What is left of Hardin Court. You know this was a concrete building here. This was so full of houses in here that you could barely see between them. Of course the street has been cleared. These were all taken three weeks after the storm you know and not half as bad as it was."
