1921 conveyed by plaintiff to
defendant and the vendor's lien
wf.s expressly reserved in said
deed and note to secure the pay-
ment of said note. That said
note is long past due and de-
fendant has failed e,nd refused
to pay the same or any part ex
cept the sum of $5.00 on Nov-
ember 1st 1921 and $5.00 on
December 1st, 1921.
Wherefore plaintiff prays
