date of the veteran's permanent burial. In addition, the amount of pension or
compensation which accrued from date of last payment to the date of the vet-
eran's death, may be paid to the person who bore the expense of his last sick-
ness and burial, provided claim is filed within one year from the date of death,
and provided further, that he was not survived by a widow (widower) minor
child, dependent mother, or dependent father.

was given to Boller's estate. We now add Solomon Boller's name to the Honor Roll
of the Buffalo Soldiers.61
