HIGH SCHOOL GRADES 8 THROUGH 12
CERTIFICATION (BS)
Some of the teaching fields for Grades 8 through 12 and All-Level are
currently being revised by the State Board for Educator Certification
(SBEC). As a result of those revisions the degree requirements for
some of the teaching fields will be changed during the next year.
Teacher education students must meet the requirements for their
teaching field that are in effect at the time they graduate, even if
those requirements differ from those on the degree plans that follow.
For the most current information regarding requirements for Grades
8 through 12 and All-Level teaching fields contact the Department
of Education.
