Report discussing projects initiated under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), a fiscal stimulus package signed by President Obama on March 6, 2009. State agencies like the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) who received ARRA funds had to report, on a monthly basis, various data on each project in the ARRA program, including staff numbers, hours worked, and payroll.
