are invited to become members by paying annual dues of $3.00 to the Treasurer. The publication pays
no fees for editorial work or for articles. Articles and news can be sent to the Editor or an associate
editor. The cost of engravings is paid by the person sending the pictures or by the school represented.
Advertising of responsible firms is solicited to assist in the cost of publishing. Correspondence should be
