Mrs. S. J. Bryant returned
to her home at Pittsburg after
a week's visit with her sons,
M. B. and Ira Steed, of this
place.
Quite a large crowd attended
the ice cream supper at Mus-
grove church Friday night and
they were so nice and well be-
haved, for which we humbly
thank you. In fact, the young
people have become so nice and
quiet it is a pleasure bo give
them every opportunity to en-
joy themselves. For a long
time people refused to give en-
tertainments. Boys would drink
and "cut up" generally. You
don't see that any more. And
i am lor the young folk, good
and strong.
Mr. Dallas I lagan also gave
an ice cream supper Saturday
night. It, too, was a success.
Thanks, Dal.

There me a million "Grump-

ten million in the world. Yet,
at heart, each of the "Orurnp-

more through force of habit

In "Grumpy" Mr. Roberts is
