The Community Club will meet
Friday night, March 17, at the
community house for "Stunt
Night", games and eats. Every
family is to bring a plate of cook-
ies. The application blanks for ru-
ral telephones are here, and resi-
dents of this and the Wake com-
munity are asked to be present. It
is hoped that we will have a tele-
phone official for a speaker.
A group of young people from
the First Baptist church, Floydada
had charge of the program last
Sunday night at B.T.U. They gave
a very interesting program, and
it was..enjoyed by everyone.
Rev. and Mrs. Alvin Hamm and
children are in Fort Worth this
week.
Mr. and Mrs. W. B. Allen are
visiting In Abilene and Dallas this
Mary Lou Dunford of Lakeview
spent Saturday night and Sunday
with Aliene Brown.
