The Union Sunday school, which
meets at the Wycbe srhool house,
has set a liberal pace for otner btole
schools of the Panhandle. Last
Sunday a collection was taken tor
the benefit of the sufferers in that
far-off Belgian country and the sum
of $1.3.50 was made up. We consid-
er this a large donation when it is
known that the school is small, hav-
ing a few short rtf 25 pupils The
money was sent to the Christian
Herald, which paper is raising a
large fund for the sufferers of Eu-
rope. The money raised by the Her-
ald is sent to whatever place or

Tuesday, and Sheriff Baird and his}
deputies have been busy summoning j
petit jurors for the second, third and
fourth weeks of court since then.
The civil jury and non-jury dock-
ets were called Monday for orders,
dismissals, default judgments and
juries and some cases were disposed
of at that time. The criminal dock-
et was set for Monday of the second
week at ten o'clock although there
are no criminal cases on the docket
in which arrests have been made
However, the grand jury may return
some indictments at this term which
will require attention at that time
The appearance docket was called
