Elders Creath, Baines and Morrill were appointed corresponding
messengers to Trinity River Association, to meet on Friday before
the second $ bath in September next, at Waco, McLennan county.
Elders Wi ht, Maxcy, Baines and W. S. Hogue were appointed
corresponding messengers to Judson Association, to meet Friday
before the second Sabbath in September next, with Mount Zion
church, at Crockett, Houston county.
Elders H. Garrett, Fisher, Creath, Johnson and O. H. P. Garrett
were appointed corresponding messengers to Little River Associa-
tion, to meet Friday before the second Sabbath in November next,
at Lexington, Burleson county.
Adjouirned until 2 o'clock P. M.
Prayer by H. Clark.

Association met pursuant to adj ournment.
Prayer by G. L. Morgan.
The committee on the Circular Letter made their report, which
was adopted and ordered to be printed in these minutes.
The committee on Union Meetings beg leave to make the follow-
ing report :
That this Association be divided into four districts, first to be
composed of the following churches:
DISTRICT No. 1.-Providence, Bethlehem, Union, Independence,
New Year's Creek, and Mount Zion.
DISTRICT No. 2.-Washington, Bethany, Anderson, Montgomery,
Oakland, Galveston and Houston.
DISTRIcT No. 3.--Union Grove, Danville, Madisonville, Rock
Springs and Ebenezer.
DiSTRICT No. 4.-Huntsville, Laurel Hill, Mt. Gilead, Bethel and
Salem.
We recommend that Union Meetings be holden in each District
on every fifth Sabbath in the year, and that the brethren composing
one Union Meeting appoint the place of the next, beginning as
follows :
District No. 1, 5th Sabbath in November, with Bethlehem church,
Washington county.
District No. 2, 5th Sabbath in November, with Montgomery
church, Montgomery county.
District No. 3, 5th Sabbath in November, with Madisonville
church, Madison county.
District No. 4, 5th Sabbath in November, with Bethel Church,
Polk county.
