laws, used for the purpose of establishing the order of priority in
the filing of instruments and the order in which they are to be recorded,
showing file number, names of grantor and grantee, name of person paying
recording fees, kind and date of instrument, date and hour of filing,
amount and date of payment of fees,.date instrument delivered to owner
or agent, and name of person to whom delivered. Arr. alph. by first
letter of surname of grantor, chron, thereunder. No index. Hdw. pr. hd.

deposited for record under the registration laws, including deeds
to real property, bills of sale to personal property, wills and codicils,
various contracts, agreements, assignments, and releases affecting title
to property and establishing property rights, powers of attorney; charters
and articles of incorporation of cities and other corporations, including
banks and railroad companies; maps and plats of town sites (Willow
Springs, 1873, vol. A, p. 15; Longview, 1874, vol. A, p. 464; Kilgore,
1874, vol. A, p. 510); declarations of intention to become citizens
(Thomas Teeson, 1874, vol. A, p. 344; Joseph Nevwman, 1874, vol. A, p.
517; Louis Greenwald, 1892, vol. L, p. 529; Fritz Swanson, 1894, vol. N,
p. 299). Instruments recorded word for word and letter for letter and
show clerk's certificate of recordation, with filing date, recording
date, and signature of clerk. Also contains prior and/or subsequent
recordings of the following instruments, recorded for various periods
