Inventory of Guadalupe County Courthouse records began in the winter of 1978.

"Eleven students at Texas Lutheran College assisted in the Guadalupe County Project. They included Debra Barth, Roger Gonzales, Denise Greene, Krista Irwin, Mark Isbel, Vallerie Martin, Carolyn Neumann, Wesley Peoples, Elizabeth Schuman, Mike Seaton, and Steve Zimmer.
