This letter is to confirm our telephone conversation of
this date wherein I advised you that the deposition of
Mr. Benites would be taken on Monday, May 5 1975 at
2:00 P,Me a.t the office of plaintiff s attorney. The
deposition will be taken at the office of Michael Murphy,
plaintiff's attorney at 1500 Townhouse Tower in Phoenix.
Enclosed you will also find a copy of a civil subpoena,
pertaining to certain documents which Mr, Benites should
have with him at the deposition.
If you have any difficulties or questions concerning the
documents needed, please feel free to contact me. Please
arrange to have Mr. Benites at the address stated above at
1:30 P.M. on May 5, 1975 so that we may confer with him
prior to the deposition.
