turn over facilities constructed by his 931st
Engineer Group to Chester H. Meeks, Deputy
Post Commander, during ceremonies honoring
the first graduates of the U. S.Arm
Primary Helicopter School. The facilities
worth an estimated $ 3.5 million were begun
