Onionskin paper carbon copy of letter from John J. Herrera, LULAC National President, to Senator Price Daniel of Texas, dated April 28, 1953. Herrera acknowledges the receipt of Senator Daniel's letter and offer to obtain three United States flags that were to be flown over the Capitol building.
