Description

Letter from A. C. Turner, a member of the Board of Pardons and Paroles for Texas to Mrs. Elsi Broussard in reply to her petition for her son, Freddie M. Broussard, to have a parole hearing. Turner informs Mrs. Broussard that the Board will not review his case until May 1962 so that he can serve more time for his crime of "murder with malice."
