Text of a speech to be given over the radio in support of Texas gubernatorial candidate Ralph Yarborough by Dr. Hector P. Garcia. Garcia relates some of the medical problems of Latinos in Texas, which he believes Yarborough will take seriously and work to alleviate, unlike Governor Allan Shivers.
