Several potential Journalists
were discovered at the January
Pack meeting Thursday night of
the Cub Scouts when all four
dens presented newspapers that
had been the month's project.
Den 4 won top awards in thf
contest which was Judged by Mr
and Mrs. Pat Bennett.
Den 2 opened the program by
reading the Preamble of the
Constitution. Den 1 gave a skit
on the life of Samuel Morse.ann
Den 3 demonstrated a. home
made missle. Pictures were tak-
en during the "blast off".
" Den 4 had charge of the clos-
ing when parents were selected
from each den. The father was
given a* newspaper from' which
he was to fashion a dress for the
