by Crosby County Home demon-
stration club women climaxed the
morning session of-the Food and
Feed meeting;-held in the City
Auditorium at Ralls. Tuesday,
August 5th. Mrs. Jim Reed, Cros-
byton, Crosby County Home dem-
onstration eouncil program-chair-
man, presided in the absence of
Mrs. C. E. Westerman, chairman
of the food-anef feed committed.
Mrs. Q. B. McNeely, crosby coun-
ty nome demonstration council
chairman, from Owens community
extended words of welcome to the
group. -
As four 4-H club girls placed
the dishes before Miss Jennie
Camp, Food Production Specialist
of Ekjxt&ision Service, Miss Camp
brfefiy' summarized the nutritional
value df each dish. Several differ-
ent ways we^e shown to prepare
the same dish for the menu.
